Hi! I'm Celi.
If you feel lost or confused by all the different opinions, fads and advice out there telling you to ‘just follow this one meal plan’ or ‘do this type of exercise’, this is a place you can come to for clarity.
I have been working in the fitness industry since 2016, listening to my clients' problems, supporting them to find the best suited solutions, and helping them get fitter and stronger.
Together we will work on how to generate the necessary self belief and knowledge on the basics, so that you can make better decisions for yourself.
When I first started out, I was intimidated by the weights area. I would wait until the studio was free in gyms to train there instead of on the gym floor! So I know what it feels like to seem miles away from your end goal.
Through research, taking courses like the EIQ nutrition course and being coached myself, I have gained the knowledge and skills necessary to guide someone through lasting change.
My fitness and nutrition coaching is based on listening to you as an individual and understanding your key values and priorities so that the steps given to you are ones that you can actually implement over time.
I offer coaching that leaves you empowered and able to change how you approach challenges; and I make sure your goals work for you, not against you.


This is not a generic plan in which you are left to follow without support or actually learning anything for yourself.
You will learn how to change your perspective so that challenges empower you, and why I set you the steps I do, so that you can gain knowledge for life and to make better decisions for yourself.
I always work with an open mind and will aim to show you both sides to any evidence-based claims so that you are not being misled by polarising cherry-picked information.
I aim to create a judgement-free space where you can feel comfortable discussing anything.

Action, even if it’s not ‘perfect’, will get the ball rolling and usually creates more momentum along the way too.
